California Grape Crush 2023 - 3.67 Million Tons crushed: Up 8% compared to last year, but still lower than historical average (5th consecutive year under 4M ton mark) - Leaders in volume are: Chardonnay (17.5%) and Cab Sauvignon (17.3%).
