If you’ve been around Womack for any amount of time, you’ve likely heard us talk about our Heart to Care. What does this mean to us? Our Heart to Care means actively making our community a better place, selecting charity partners that hit close to home for our employees, and putting time and resources towards the greater good. It means that kindness and compassion are non-negotiables. It means linking arms to contribute to something bigger than ourselves. Our Heart to Care is an inseparable part of who we are. Nominate your hero to receive a donated Lennox gas furnace through the Lennox Feel The Love program. 💓 Nominate here: https://lnkd.in/egGZ9iU What Makes A Good Nominee? Feel The Love nominees all have one thing in common: they always put others first. But sometimes, these individuals need a little help making sure their own needs are being met. Many of our nominees simply don’t have the means to make their homes more comfortable on their own. That’s where nominations from community members like you come in. While unsung heroes come from all walks of life, some examples of past nominees we’ve honored include community figures such as teachers, firefighters, and volunteers; families facing hard times; veterans; senior citizens living in older homes; and people impacted by natural disasters. In short, anyone who serves others is a good candidate for a Feel the Love nomination. If you know someone in your community who deserves recognition, nominating them to receive a new heating or cooling system is a heartfelt way to show your appreciation. For more help identifying heroes in your hometown, consider partnering with a local nonprofit organization.

Quantiles give you gift buckets of equal size. Histograms give you gift buckets of equal size gift range. However, you CAN still do analysis when buckets are not equal size, and it's especially useful for when you've done an AB test on your ask strings to determine movement. It's one thing to look at number of gifts and total amount, but it's another to look at whether people select different amounts or write in their own at high frequency. Check out the video on gift buckets to see more, or our video on quantiles to look specifically that those. #fundraisingmetrics https://lnkd.in/grFbNpGZ
