Stop categorizing mandatory on-site roles as remote. Statistically speaking, the people you inveigle into viewing your listing will not be viable candidates. You are wasting my time. You are wasting your own time. I suppose I understand the lack of respect for candidates, even if I don't agree with it. But I'm staggered by the lack of self-respect shown by those who write and post job listings.
