Data & AI Transformation @ Workera.ai | Skills Tech | Behavioural Science

One of the features I rely on most at Workera is My People Snapshot. A critical tool in helping orgs to get the right skills interventions. To nudge team members with different learning archetypes up the upskilling ladder. Having accurate, real-time skill data is crucial, and this feature delivers exactly that. What I appreciate about My People Snapshot: 🔍 Enhanced Transparency: No more outdated, self-reported data. It provides a clear, detailed view of verified skills. 📊 Benchmarking Excellence: See where your teams stand within a skill domain. And understand what excellence looks like. 📈 Maturity Level Insights: Get a snapshot of skill expertise distribution. And team maturity levels. 🚀 Nudges for Growth: Track improvements. Highlight top performers, and send targeted messages to encourage continuous development. With My People Snapshot, I can: ✅ Explore detailed skills, learning progress, and trends within teams. ✅ Identify experts for project staffing or mentoring. ✅ Understand the company's maturity level per skill domain. ✅ Celebrate achievements or encourage skill development based on verified progress. In sum, it’s designed to make workforce planning more precise and data-driven. See how this can work for your team. An absolute disgrace, inhumane and at worst cruel. Something like this should be actively discouraged by law. Nudging or any other forms of manipulating people that they "upskill", who in their right mind even thinks that this a good thing. Laughable! People learn things out of their free will or not. You don't need a tool for that, simply encourage people if they want to learn something and if they are not sure about that then support them. Human communication eye to eye solved the issue, not some AI tool. Money better spent.
