This is something that is always worth considering as a team. “What is the personality of our team when we think of it as a single entity?” When you understand what the sum of your individual personalities results in you can begin to enjoy shaping that collective character much more deliberately. You can look forward to key #performance moments and decide how you want to use different elements of the team’s character to support how you go about that performance. When everyone sees how they personally help to make the team personality and also how their own personality can add value for the team personality at given times, you can be really be united tactically in a much more meaningful manner. It’s a fascinating area of #teamperformance to become more aware of and to be curious about how effectively you can make the most of your syntality!
