Our Tree Partner network is crucial to Enviro Trees' rapid and effective response to severe weather events. During the recent storm event in the South East Queensland region, Enviro Trees collaborated with 43 Tree Partners, 29 of them completing five or more jobs each, showcasing our network's scalability and mobilisation capabilities. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES TO OUR CUSTOMERS? 🌳Speed of response for tree make safes due to the number and location of Tree Partners. 🌳Quality of work due to ensuring the right fit for the job; (the diversity of capability and experience allowed Enviro to select and allocate Tree Partners with the appropriate experience to each job.) 🌳Competitive pricing. Using a number of Tree Partners allows Enviro to validate approaches to price estimates as well as undertake comparative pricing on complex/larger value jobs. 🌳Consistency of approach. Enviro Trees understood and managed customer requirements e.g. inclusions and exclusions across all Tree Partners in a consistent manner. Regardless of the number of Tree Partners used, Enviro Trees provided consistent quotation, invoicing, communication and customer portal formats and processes. 🌳One point of contact for queries via our centralised call centre. A DAY IN THE LIFE: MANI PATEL (WQMS Group Leader) What do you like/appreciate about your Vortex teammates? When we have rush orders or a particuar department gets overloaded, everyone pulls together to get the job done. It doesn’t matter which department someone is working in; they will jump in to get the job done and make sure the order is delivered on-time to the customer. This teamwork and collaborative environment is what I appreciate most from my co-workers. What do you like most about your role? As team lead of the Water Management Systems (WMS), I have the opportunity to work with each new employee in the department. I am able to train them and show them how things are done, in a timely and efficient manner. And I always stress the importance of the Quality policy at Vortex: “First Time Right.” My role enables me to see the team develop, grow and succeed in their roles, which is a great experience. What is your favorite Vortex memory? For myself, there is no ONE favorite memory. The best memories are the day-to-day experiences we share between our co-workers. Innovation, Collaboration, Fun, Integrity, and Trust: these are the Vortex values, which guide our daily actions at work.
