However, the pyrotechnics team never arrived, forcing me to improvise. In a wrecking yard surrounded by discarded relics of metal and machinery, I noticed a forklift. The yard’s owner, seeing my contemplative expression, asked if I knew how to operate it. I couldn’t help but laugh before replying that indeed I did. Ironically, it was my first boyfriend who had taught me to operate a forklift when we worked together at a fruit shop during my high school days. He’s also the same person this song is about, adding a serendipitous twist to the video's ending.
