I was modest about achieving my level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship in August 2021 but the impact has been such that I've shared my views with the Department for Education about their proposal to remove funding for level 7 apprenticeships. This is an important debate: the many senior leaders I have had the joy of teaching and working alongside apply their critical thinking and reflections directly to their professional practice. How can this be anything but positive for the UK economy and the many employees who benefit from better leadership?
