July is National Minority (BIPOC) Mental Health Awareness Month, established in 2008 to bring awareness to the unique struggles that underrepresented groups face in regard to mental illness in the United States. Mental health affects us all and everyone should have the right to be heard and healed without shame or judgment. Find BIPOC mental resources at: https://shorturl.at/6gHlp
