✍ CSPS is excited to announce the launch of the new Debate Series! Each paper in this series highlights a national security space debate with arguments from two analysts external to The Aerospace Corporation. To kick off this series, Namrata Goswami and Bleddyn Bowen debate the defense utility of the Moon and cislunar space. Goswami argues that the United States Space Force should incorporate the Moon into its doctrinal and operational thinking.
