It is already 10 years ago since Hytera started its sales activities in the #UAE. In fact, the company was already active in the Middle East region before they entered the UAE, and now, 10 years down the line, the company is one of the leading companies in the field of #criticalcommunications with customers such as the Abu Dhabi Police, the Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi Traffic Police traffic, as well as clients like Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) Aluminium. If you have been visiting #CCW24 in Dubai and walked around the The Dubai Mall area, you possibly have experienced the influence of Chinese culture, trademanship and art in the area. When I compare this with my latest visit back in 2018, much has changed. It is clear that the influence of Chinese brands and activities has increased enormously. It is not just visible but also confirmed by a variety of International publications such as The European Council of Foreign Relations and #CSIS (Center for Strategic International Studies). They all state that the relationship between the two countries is still relatively immature, but blossoming. This initiative, started by Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013, who highlighted the UAE's importance in global trade. On other words, this initiative also paved the way for Hytera's successful expansion in the Middle East and specially in the #UAE. In my interview with Dylan Liu, Marketing Director at #Hytera, Liu describes the reason for success for Hytera in the UAE as well as the similarities between the Arabic and Chinese cultures. But there is more.... #bodycamera #anniversary #partnersummit #partnercommunity #burjkhalifa #PMR #LMR #radiocommunications #dubai

Key Insights and 2024 Forecast from the ACE Air Cargo Event in Abu Dhabi: Did They Get It Right? During #ACE2023 in Abu Dhabi, last December, we had the great opportunity to talk with industry experts Turgut Erkeskin, President of FIATA International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations and Glyn Hughes, Director General of The International Air Cargo Association TIACA, covering the air cargo market overview and their 2024 forecast: 💡 Geopolitical Uncertainty: The world continues to face significant geopolitical challenges, which are expected to impact both economic and consumer activities. Agility will be key for the industry. 💡 External Shocks to Trade: From political tensions and wars to climate change and health crises, the global trade environment remains unpredictable. Forwarders must stay adaptable to respond effectively. 💡 Rise of Small and Medium-Sized Forwarders: A notable shift is happening, with small to medium-sized forwarders gaining more market share due to their agility and adaptability—a positive trend for the industry. 💡 Maritime vs. Air Cargo: While maritime transport remains crucial, disruptions often necessitate a quick pivot to air cargo. All transport modes complement each other, ensuring a resilient global supply chain. 💡 Sustainability: The demand for sustainability, including carbon emission reporting, is growing. It's essential for forwarders, especially small to medium-sized ones, to step up their sustainability efforts to remain competitive. Curious to see how these predictions play out? Join us at #ACE2024 to be part of the conversation and stay ahead in the industry! Register today: BUD Air Cargo Day Budapest Airport R-BAG Hungária Kft.
