As the Senior Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing direct administrative support to a designated Front Office principal. What you'll do: - Prepare and maintain calendars, manage schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements. - Ensure seamless operations by independently resolving scheduling conflicts. - Maintain contact with Agency senior leaders to gather briefing materials and documents. - Support the planning and management of events, meetings, and conferences, and work closely with the Office of the Executive Secretariat.
