Since 2021 we've embarked on a mission to create a culture powered by people impact and change. Our colleagues have acheived a lot since then, and we've come a long way together to create a better future for all. As we look forward to the year ahead, we're proud to say that since 2021: 👨🏿🦲 Representation of under-represented ethnic groups has increased at group level for the second consecutive year to 12%. ✔️ +3% YoY of under-represented ethnic groups in Heads of and Director populations. ♀️ 38% female representation in Heads of population. 🏳️🌈 We're proud to represent LGBTQIA+ across all areas of Zenith. This year was the first since the launch of our inclusion mission that we achieved representation that mirrors or exceeds the UK LGTBQIA+ population, in every single division of the business. ⭐ We continue to provide more opportunities for those aged under-24 for the third year running. Greater diversity at Zenith means better ideas, a more inclusive culture, and improved business performance. We wouldn't be able to make a difference in the way we work without the support of our colleagues, customers and suppliers. People powered impact is driven by the community we serve.
