Sun Protection Kits: Including sunscreen, UV-protection sleeves, and caps to protect against sunburn. 4. Hydration Monitoring Apps: To remind and track water intake, ensuring they stay hydrated. 5. Regular Wellness Checks: Incorporate brief wellness assessments to monitor heat-related symptoms and provide quick support if needed.
Zomato Stop faking it please ! You guys have 0 respect/care about your delivery partners (so called partners). you call them partner and treat them like a employee(worse than it) , tell me why wearing your tshirt and carrying bag is compulsory for them ? if they are not your employees but individual "partners". Why they have to pay for bag and T-shirt if it has your logo? You run away from responsibilities of a employer by calling them "partner" but treat them as sub-human.
Just give them better paycheck for god sake!

Amazing work, Zomato. Something like this is really important. There’s just one point I’m a bit confused about. I have been ordering frequently through Zomato, but I have noticed many times that delivery partners are not in Zomato uniforms. I have asked a few of them about this, and the only reply I received was, "Bhaiya, Garmi toh dekho." We can't blame them, but I feel you guys need to work more on improving the uniforms. this dry-fit t-shirts are good but not enough There are multiple options which could work better
You have worst service ever i have seen… zomato is worst and they dont have good people working for them i think they dont have good support team… they first consider rain and show the timing 40 min and than they delivery after 1.30 mins and then they keep changing support person and know one supports zomato should change the team name to we dont care team

3moMuch needed support that the riders deserve! Thoughtful approach! In addition, you should consider these if not already included - - safety gear (have seen some riders with Yulu dex, without helmet though). Besides this, sanitizer/wipes could be helpful as they are out in the heat for hours. - periodic health checkup - insurance (as per my knowledge - they are termed as delivery partners and don't get the employee benefit - but they might be unaware of insurance and its benefits - so it could be voluntary contribution by the partners, but your team could help them purchase insurance).
