@deepinder goyal you and your company Zomato is doing the SCAM . You are charging more from customers on the name of delivery fees and not paying the exact amount which you are charging from us to the delivery agents . I paid Rs 85 to Zomato while ordering (Delivery charges ) and when I asked delivery agent how much did you get he said Rs 69 and when I asked your customer support about it they had no answer to it ,if the customer service of Zomato has no answer to my query then I believe you being the owner plz give me the justification. This is the SCAM WHICH YOU ARE DOING . Secondly the item which is of Rs 509 you are charging : 1 ) GST on item 2)GST on platform fee 3)GST on packaging . I am liable to pay 5% gst on the amount for the service of food delivery which comes around Rs 25.45 and you are charging Rs 75 on (item only ) on what basis ?? And rest on packing and platform gst separately ( In total you are charging Rs 100.10 in the name of GST ?? Looking at the skimming by your company i decided not to order the same item . I would request GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND GST COUNCIL TO LOOK into this and to the people of India to just check the breakdown of the price before paying on Zomato

Ordered from Frozen bottle on Zomato 2 glass icecream jars. Refund initiated for 69Rs for an improperly and dangerously delivered broken glass bottle ice cream jar which actually costed 279Rs. Unable to talk to associate, the chat bot is so tricky to navigate that it doesn’t allow any proper resolution. The app also doesn’t allow re delivery of the ordered product. The chat navigation somehow doesn’t allow to move further, there is no Zomato service number one can call on. On calling Frozen Bottle, they are taking zero responsibility and ownership, simply stating that we handed it over in the right condition. Frozen Bottle Zomato Horrible service.

Zomato Zomato India such a pathetic service. Looting my money all the time. You are not doing us any favour. It’s pure business. So please respect the mutual interests. I ordered yesterday night 12th Oct an order of Rs 1000 and out of them 2 items are missing, which resulted in discount coupon of rs 357 to be used in the same restaurant which is fair enough. But after confirmation at 11:53 got a message saying coupon is confirmed and can be availed before 12th of Oct 2024. So do you expect us to order within 7 minutes and have it. Deepinder Goyal are you thinking that you are doing us any favours? Competition Commission Of India ministry of e-commerce kindly do put some regulations here. Charging delivery fee and charging platform fee, and have to uncheck the donation if we don’t want to add carefully looking at or else it also adds up without our knowledge. Is this the way of doing business?

I was in Chennai and ordered a Chilli Bean Patty Salad from Subway, but I received the wrong order with food that was in such bad condition that it was inedible. I will share the images with you. After that, I raised a complaint with Zomato, but they washed their hands of it and said they couldn't do anything and that I should just comment on the restaurant's page. So, finally, I am leaving a comment on the page. I've been ordering from Subway for quite some time, and this is the first time I've had such a terrible experience. The worst part is that there's no solution, and instead, the customer is blamed. Thanks, Zomato and Subway team.

Dear Team Zomato, don't you feel ashamed of these ads after DAILY CONSISTENT POOR SERVICE to your most loyal customers ? ZERO CARE of customer's continuous complaints on the following Order IDs (from a single customer) 6133523392 6110068506 6104812666 6107724152 6050097721 There are many many more OIDs to mention where ticket was raised and no care was taken. I don't have the time to check each of them and mention here. There is height of shamelessness which zomato has crossed long time back. Now they are not even looking at those, as they know they have become so big. But mind you, one campaign on social media is enough to bring you down on the roads. I will click every screenshot and post them shortly, tagging zomato & @deepigoyal. Today my frustration crossed the heights. Please don't mind, I am there on every social media platform.

Worst ever restaurant partner experience with zomato. I have been trying to onboard my cafe on zomato for last 2 months and zomato customer care is worst in helping my restaurant onboarding process. They charged me 5184 rupees which I paid and shared screenshot but zomato customer care department and merchantonboarding@zomato.com is not helping at all. My restaurant id 20653242 and contact # 9873882877.

Impressive migration and metrics management! The move to VictoriaMetrics seems like a game-changer for enhancing performance while keeping costs in check.
