Malaysia Airlines (MH) has announced today that in the interests of safety, the carriage of checked luggage will be suspended on flights from Kuala Lumpur to Europe. This is due to unseasonal and extremely strong head winds which slow the flights and expend greater quantities of fuel.
Customers with additional luggage requiring check in will have it transported on a later service. Customers can check the status of their checked baggage by calling 1300 88 3000.
