  1. Brief one-sentence description of what you do at KCL: I partner with cross-functional teams to manage and execute internal campaigns and coordinate in-product marketing placements on our website and app.
  2. What inspired you to join KCL as a Marketing Specialist? The opportunity to combine my passion for marketing with the thrill of finding and sharing a good deal — I can't think of a better combo.
  3. Share a fun fact most people don’t know about you: I never pass up a chance to play a claw machine, and chances are, if I see one, I'll be there until I've won something.
  4. How do you inject creativity into your daily routine at KCL? I inject creativity into my daily routine at KCL by time-blocking my peak creativity time in the morning to work on projects that need a little extra brain power. I'm also a big fan of brainstorming sessions and collaborating with my team to come up with new ideas that resonate with our community of savvy shoppers.
  5. How do you balance data-driven decisions with creative intuition in your marketing strategies? I leverage analytics to understand our shoppers' behavior and performance metrics, which ultimately guide the direction of every campaign. We are constantly experimenting and testing new ideas to ensure they click with our audience. I have to give major props to our data team, who always ensures we have the insights readily available and support us in making informed decisions.
  6. What’s a recent marketing trend or innovation that excites you the most? A recent marketing trend that excites me the most is the rise of personalized marketing experiences. The ability to tailor content and recommendations based on individual preferences and behaviors enhances engagement and strengthens customer loyalty.
  7. What’s your secret weapon for staying motivated and productive during busy campaign seasons? My secret weapon for staying motivated and productive during busy campaign seasons includes setting clear goals and priorities, creating to-do lists (galore!), and celebrating small achievements along the way. Oh, and lots of coffee.
