Build your knowledge and skills in investigating psychosocial safety hazards and incidents.
The Psychosocial Safety Investigations Program has been developed to assist people and safety professionals to build confidence and capability in investigating complex workplace incidents and complaints. The 10-week program is highly practical, with a requirement for participants to apply what they have learnt through three key activities introduced during the lectures. Participants will also have an opportunity to learn from the experiences of like-minded colleagues, sharing additional tips and brainstorming solutions to implementing leading practices in psychological health and safety management.
For those that can’t make it to one or more of the live sessions, each session is recorded and shared the day after delivery.

A 5x5 matrix for psychosocial risk? – with Dr Kate Harris
In this episode of the Psych Health and Safety podcast, Australian hosts Jason and Joelle chat with Dr Kate Harris of North Adelaide Local Health Network regarding the application risk matrices to psychosocial risk.
During the discussion they discuss her experience leading a project with various stakeholders to build a contextually relevant risk matrix for psychosocial risk in healthcare. This included how to effectively consult with stakeholders, as well as the modifications required to standard 5x5 matrices to incorporate the complexities of how psychosocial hazards cause harm.
