My top 3 favorite Zapier automations
Hi there, as you might know from my previous articles & posts about Zapier here in Ticincom it has become a cornerstone of daily operations (too expensive to fully code but excessively labour intensive to do manually).
Since the initial implementation in early May, we automated around 8'000 tasks (that's about 10'000 minutes or 16 hours or around 3 working days).
The most run automation and my favourites are:
Facebook leads to ClickUp tasks
In this automation, Zapier creates a new task in ClickUp whenever someone submits their information via a Native Lead Form on Facebook ads we run. This is used as a lightweight CRM to track sales through these ads.

Shopify orders to ClickUp tasks + slack notification
Our core business is to sell Internet and Mobile subscriptions, we also sell hardware through our online shop to customers, to track the preparation of hardware and to make sure that we get notified of a new order (we don't check the Shopify dashboard every day) I set up a Zapier automation that creates a ClickUp task to track the picking from our warehouse and the setup of accounts in the hardware (phone numbers & VoIP accounts on phones) and alerts our shipping department via Slack about this new task.

Send a Trustpilot review invitation to new customers
We use AutopilotHQ (get a free 30 day risk free trial here) as marketing automation tool and when a customer becomes a paying customer the system adds a record to a list (named "Paying customers"), Zapier will then trigger on this event of "Contact added to list" and with a delay of 30 days send a review invitation to the customer. This saves us a lot of time and assures that everyone is reminded about our Review page and will be able to send us feedback about their experience with the service they are receiving from us.
