Mission: The Allentoff Institute is dedicated to the empowerment of its students through integrated, competency-based learning. We provide life-changing educational opportunities to our employees and the community to help them advance personally and professionally. Goals: The Allentoff Institute's major goal is to offer integrated learning to staff, individuals, families and the community. We also work to promote workforce and leadership development and succession planning. Alongside these goals, we provide opportunities for certification, professional development and continued education that will help us prepare for and align with business and service growth. Who We Serve: We primarily serve and focus on the development of our staff, but we also work to integrate trainings to be accessible to staff and the community.
