With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry Mark is a professor, consultant, speaker, therapist, and business owner (Collaborative Counseling Group). He brings a unique perspective to mental health safety in construction as an experienced construction professional and licensed mental health therapist. He has taken his passion for helping others along with his experience in the construction industry and combined them to address the issue of mental health and safety in construction. His goal is to help change the lives of those working to build our communities and he does this through training, speaking, and advocating for mental health safety on topics such as suicide awareness and prevention, conflict resolution, stress and burnout, communication skills, and more.
