September is all about stepping out in support of the kids at Repco New Zealand – and goodness, the team is excited to take part as this short video shows. Under our GPC Foundation, our hot steppers are virtually walking the length of New Zealand between each Repco store in support of KM4Kids, a LifeChanger Foundation challenge to improve the health and wellbeing of our youth. Blood drives are literal lifesavers. Uniting in a lifesaving movement for good, Motion Indonesia recently partnered with M&M Militzer & Münch Indonesia and Godrej Consumer Products Limited Indonesia with a goal to achieving 100 donors for their blood drive with Palang Merah Indonesia - PMI (Indonesian Red Cross). Not only did this powerful partnership achieve its 100 donor target, but all businesses have now committed to holding the blood drive twice a year going forward. Giving feels good so we love seeing how our people spend their Good to Give leave, growing our movement for good through volunteering. Kevin Odgers from Repco New Zealand recently spent his Good to Give day at the Christchurch City Mission food bank. Kevin put together some 48 food boxes containing a mix of dry goods, fruit and vegetables to support families in need. Keeping great causes in motion is one of our passions. So, our Motion Australia team is thrilled to have donated $150,000 to power the Australian Red Cross Telecross program throughout 2023. Our support has enabled 30,000 calls to be made to 490 vulnerable people, enhancing well-being and social connection. Training, support and supervision to 30 active Telecross volunteers has also been made possible by our contribution. Talk about making a genuine difference.
