🎉Join us in welcoming Nat Ackerman to the Lennar Atlanta Division! Nat is a licensed contractor with over 25 years of experience in the Atlanta home building and remodeling industry. He began his career as a finish manager and later expanded his expertise into estimating, purchasing, and quality assurance. For the past nine years, Nat has focused on the land side of the industry, working with a real estate investment company and later as a consultant in land disposition, acquisition, and entitlement. With his extensive knowledge of the local market and strong negotiation and communication skills, Nat is a valuable addition to any team. Outside of work, Nat has been married to his wife Sherri for 32 years and is a proud father to three children: Troup, Sela, and Milli. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, particularly at his recently purchased and renovated lake home on Lake Hartwell in Toccoa, GA.
