Last week the Stanley Martin Homes team in Maryland hosted the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, at our office in Greenbelt. The topic was "Conversations and Connections - Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate & Construction Driving Innovation and Growth". Great conversations were had on bridging the evolutionary needs of the real estate industry and the AI related studies, research, and development taking place at University of Maryland.
