I realised that research is the process of discovering new knowledge and not a ubiquitous one-size-fits-all notion that requires a biomedical approach. " Hear from our Social Care Nurse Fellow, Dr Zena Aldridge FRSA MA RNMH QN, about her career and journey into research in her blog for The Queen's Nursing Institute. 📝 Read Dr Aldridge's blog: https://lnkd.in/eKmMNnZx
