🌟 Join Our Team as a Program Coordinator! 🌟 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator to support our grant-funded initiative aimed at enhancing child welfare practices on a national level. This role will primarily focus on developing coaching modules for professionals who have participated in the QIC-EY workforce training, as well as training supervisors in child and youth engagement coaching processes. 📋 Key Responsibilities: - Develop and coordinate workforce training coaching modules. - Create tailored training agendas for pilot sites. - Conduct training sessions for coaches and develop a facilitator manual for site staff. - Collaborate with partner agencies to create supportive resources. - Document feedback and assist with evaluation materials. 📑 Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years in the child welfare system, with supervisory experience. - Proven training and curriculum development experience. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent presentation skills.
