Thank you for sharing and your support, MG McGrath - Architectural Surfaces + Architectural Glass & Glazing! Such an incredible-looking project!
Bell Bank completely renovated and remodeled this existing 1973 tower to be used as their new headquarters in Fargo. Bell Tower is now officially completed and open for business. Our team started by removing all of the existing curtain wall glass and replacing it with 42,000 sqft of our own MGU-8 unitized glass curtain wall system with black finished framing. Our team also installed 62,000 square feet of Sto Corp.'s StoVentec Rainscreen Systems façade panels with an enamel frit, and 48,000 sqft of Fairview Architectural North America’s 4mm metal composite (MCM) Vitrabond rainscreen cladding panels in a Dark Grey Metallic finish Olaf Anderson Construction & TL Stroh Architects

With the end of the year fast approaching, now is the perfect time to schedule your CEU session with StoVentec’s Rainscreen Systems Made Easy on-demand course. Hosted by Architectural Record, this course enforces the use of control layers to maximize the use of a drained, back-ventilated rainscreen system performance for both new and existing #buildings. The audience will learn and be able to identify different #rainscreen technologies and how a complete approach is beneficial to a building’s performance, by ensuring compatibility among components and understanding the relationship of control layers of the exterior wall assembly for the health and safety of occupants. Lastly, the course will review this approach using real-world rainscreen systems. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gi-xih2Y.
