Humble but confident. Independent but collaborative. There's no one set UI-type. That's what makes our team so special!

About us

User Interviews exists to help teams discover user insights; we believe fast access to quality participants is the key to that discovery. In fact, we don't just believe it—we know it. We know it because we listen to our customers and you tell us how game changing speed to insight is. We know it because our company wouldn't exist without talking to customers.

We want to take a moment to celebrate and express our gratitude to the Women at UI ERG and the leadership panel for their invaluable contributions in creating a supportive space for our employees. This initiative has been instrumental in fostering an environment where employees can come together to share their experiences, grow professionally, and sharpen their skills collectively. The leadership panel not only provided insights from accomplished women in our ERG but also sparked meaningful conversations that encourage collaboration and mentorship. By sharing stories of challenges and triumphs, we empower each other to overcome obstacles and pursue our goals with confidence. The value of this ERG goes beyond just professional development; it’s about building a community where everyone feels heard and supported. Together, we’re cultivating a culture of inclusion and empowerment that benefits not only the women at UI but the entire organization. Thank you to everyone involved for your dedication and passion. Let’s continue to uplift one another and make strides toward our shared vision! Cristina Karimi, Amanda Hoffay, Jessica Klek, Erin May, Aimee Halbert, Jessica Hays Fisher, Becky (Thomas) Green and Megan Weisman

🤠 Today, we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Gigi Sain, our incredible People Operations Manager at User Interviews. Since joining the team in early August, Gigi has quickly found ways to enhance the onboarding experience, recognizing that her role is at the heart of our employee experience. She ensures that every stage of the employee lifecycle is thoughtfully managed with care and attention. From day one, she’s been dedicated to fostering smooth transitions for new hires and making sure everyone feels welcomed into our remote-first culture.  ✨ Gigi truly exemplifies our 'People Over Transitions' value. Her dedication to creating an exceptional onboarding experience and we’re so fortunate to have her leading the way in making User Interviews a fantastic place to work. Thank you, Gigi, for all the amazing work you’ve already done and everything still to come! 🌻What is your favorite thing about working at User Interviews? My favorite thing about working at User Interviews is seeing how our collective efforts genuinely make a difference. Knowing that every department contributes to enhancing the user experience gives me a deep sense of purpose within the company. It keeps me motivated and excited about driving success for other companies and fostering growth and opportunities here at User Interviews. 🎓 What is a fun fact others don't know about you?  I'm the eldest in my family generation—oldest daughter, granddaughter, niece, and etc. Plus, I'm the first to graduate from college in my family as well!  💖 If you could say thank you to someone who's impacted your career, who would it be and why? My aunt was my greatest supporter during college, always making sure I had everything I needed to succeed.  🎶 Favorite Artist/Band? That’s a tough one! I have so many favorites, but R&B is definitely my jam!  📚 What are you currently reading? Finding Me by Viola Davis 🍓 Favorite Drink? Strawberry Spritzer 🏈 Favorite Sport? While our '24 State of User Research report helped us unpack data across the Researcher landscape, we were still left with the question: what’s the state of research for all of those non-researchers who work alongside them?   To find out, we homed in on our dataset 📊 to analyze the people who do research (#PwDRs) — primarily those in UX, Design, and Product — to see how their views and workflows compared to their Research counterparts. Explore the new State of Research for Non-Researchers analysis ⤵ https://lnkd.in/ezGdFgaF #ux #research #reops

User Interviews is Thriving! 🪴 One of the most exciting areas of growth is within our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These groups foster community, inclusion, and belonging while supporting personal and professional development. We're proud to celebrate our 4 active ERGs and are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Pride at UI in Q4! 🏳️🌈 This new ERG will further empower our diverse workforce and promote an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. 🤠 Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we continue to grow together!
