Changelogs
Version 1.3
Removed trader's ownership of items (it was intended to be the trader's items, but, yeah)
Tinkered a bit with trader AI, pathing, nav mesh
Version 1.2
Removed some masters - now only need Automatron and Wasteland Workshop
Gave Shank the location for raiding
Got rid of the cat
Reinforced mapmarker and pipboy workshop entries
**this may not work the best upgrading during a save. Make a backup save and look things over carefully before committing to it, always seems to be an issue with changing mapmarkers on a settlement.**
Version 1.1
Posted signs telling followers to give you some elbow room while building.
Version 1.0
Expanded version is now main version, base version left at 0.8 available as optional download
Raised water level in "lakes"
Increased water clarity
Gave the Merchant more caps and junk
Returned the merchant's voice
Removed some fluff items
Fixed some navmesh
Replaced unscrappable stool and bed
Broke up a couple tree groups
Changed the cat's favorite spots a bit so she won't jump up on a non-existent table
Version 0.8
Added optional expanded build area version for those who go past the world map border.
This is a ground up build of the same Lakeside Cabin location done by Mcpicky. I asked if he would mind if I fixed the place up a bit, but I have gotten no response, so I made my own. I thought it was a homey place, but I desired less crashes, less pipboy errors, and less map bugs.
So, find this simple cabin beside a small underground stream-fed lake, and squat on the trader's property as long as you like! Eventually, he (or she, it's random!) will appreciate the increased security I'm sure. He/she will gladly lean, smoke, and watch your settlers work the day away.
I made the wooden fences workshop scrappable, most of the cabin as well, should you care to knock out a wall and expand it. Some of it will require a scrapping mod to take completely apart, but hey, it's not yours to demolish in the first place. The cat will get in your way. That's what cats are for.
