This is a patch for Unbogus Fallout Overhaul and VAFS Redux - Bullet Time and Manual Critical.
At the moment there is only one version,  where the benefits of both mods are forwarded to the patch.

In the future there will be more changes to balance if needed, also according to your feedback.
Patch is made for "Unbogus Fallout Overhaul v2.Boogaloo" and "VAFS Redux - Bullet Time and Manual Critical v1.4.2"




Installation:
Use the mod manager you like. Personally I use Mod Organizer
Regading VAFS installation: "All DLC and VAFS Only" Option is used for the patch!!!

Overview of the changes made :
(Obey this description is for v.1.0. For never versions see Changelog. Changelog entrys reflect changes made upon v1.0:)


Ingestible:
 Orange Mentats: +3 Perception and +10% VAFS Duration for 10 minutes.

Object Modification:
mod_Legendary_Armor_APCost: 10% reduction in Action Point costs in VAFS.
mod_Legendary_Weapon_AccuracyNotInCombat: If you are not yet in combat, increases VAFS slow factor but costs more AP.
mod_Legendary_Weapon_VATSGun: Improved VAFS slow factor, 25% less Action Point cost. +50% increased damage
from sneak attacks and +50% additional critical hit damage.
mod_Legendary_Weapon_VATSMelee: Your faithful canine companion can hold an enemy, giving you a 10% increase to slow factor in V.A.F.S.

Perk:
AttackDog01: Your faithful canine companion can hold an enemy, giving you a 10% increase to slow factor in V.A.F.S.
Awareness / Brutal Tactics (in Unbogus): Hit 'em where it hurts!  You can view a target's specific informations, and
V.A.F.S. slow factor is increased by 5%. Deal +20% more damage to
staggered targets and get +10% XP from kills.
Awareness02 / Brutal Tactics (in Unbogus): Knowing their weaknesses lets you attack more efficiently. 10% increase to slow
factor and damage dealt to VAFS targets. Deal +40% damage to staggered
targets and get +20% bonus XP from kills.
Blitz01: Run Forrest, run! Movement speed is increased by 10%. In V.A.F.S. move 100% faster with melee weapon or unarmed.
Blitz02: Gotta go fast! Movement speed is increased by 20%. In V.A.F.S. move 200%
faster and do 25% more damage with melee weapons or unarmed.
CompMacCreadyPerk: Thanks to your relationship with MacCready, you deal 10% more crit damage, 
V.A.F.S. slow factor is increased by 10% and scope sway is completely
eliminated.
CriticalBanker01 / Opportunist (Unbogus): You're a patient battlefield tactician, and can save 1 Critical Hit, to be
used when you need it the most. Critical hits will deal 10% more damage.
CriticalBanker02 / Opportunist (Unbogus): You can now save 2 Critical Hits, to be used when you need them the most. Critical hits now deal 20% more damage.
CriticalBanker03 / Opportunist (Unbogus): You can now save 3 Critical Hits, to be used when needed most. Banking a
Critical has a chance to save an additional Critical. Critical hits deal
30% more damage.
CriticalBanker04: You can now save 4 Critical Hits, to be used when you need them the most.
That's gotta hurt! Critical hits now deal 50% more damage.
DemolitionExpert05: EXPLOSIONS?! Your explosives now do 25% more damage, gain a 30% increased radius and
you take 30% less damage from all explosions. In V.A.F.S. takes greatly
less damage from explosions.
FourLeafClover01 / Luck o' the Irish: Feeling lucky? You should! The lower your health gets, the higher your Luck
will become. Every 30% health lost grants +2 Luck. Each hit in V.A.F.S.
has a chance of filling your Critical meter.
FourLeafClover02 / Luck o' the Irish: Each hit in V.A.F.S. now has an even better chance of filling your Critical meter.
FourLeafClover03 / Luck o' the Irish: Each hit in V.A.F.S. now has a very good chance of filling your Critical meter. Every 20% health lost grants +2 Luck.
FourLeafClover04 / Luck o' the Irish: Each hit in V.A.F.S. now has an excellent chance of filling your Critical
meter. Your darkest hour shall be their last. Every 10% health lost
grants +2 Luck.
GrimReaperSprint01: Death becomes you! Your Action Points regenerate faster when your health gets
lower. Every 10% HP lost grants 5% bonus AP regen. Any kill in V.A.F.S.
has a chance to restore Action Points.
GrimReaperSprint02: Every 10% HP lost grants 10% bonus AP regen. Any kill in V.A.F.S. now has an even better chance to restore Action Points.
GrimReaperSprint03: Every 10% HP lost grants 15% bonus Action Points regen. When below 40%
health, gain a massive AP bonus. Any kill in V.A.F.S. has a very good
chance to restore AP and refill your Critical meter.
GunFu01 / Finesse (in Unbogus): '+40% damage with small firearms and +20% with melee attacks when you have no
Damage & Energy resistances. +25% damage to 2nd V.A.F.S. target and
beyond. 1st attack on 1st V.A.F.S. target restores APs.
GunFu04 / Finesse (in Unbogus): Gain permanently +1% random critical hit chance, while having 20 or less
Damage & Energy resistances. V.A.F.S.: +50% damage to 3 target and
beyond. First attack on 1st and 2nd target restores AP.
GunFu05 Finesse (in Unbogus): With 30 or less Damage & Energy resistance, small arms do +50% and melee
+30% damage. V.A.F.S.: instant Critical Hit against 4th target and
beyond. 1st attack on first three targets restores AP.
IronFist05: Secret ancient 'Fist to Face' technique! Punches do 25% more damage & PA
punches 50% more. Power attacks may knock targets back violently.
Criticals in V.A.F.S. will paralyze your opponent.
Penetrator01: They'll need more than that to stop the pain! In V.A.F.S. ballistic weapons
ignore 30% of a target's armor, energy weapons do 15% more critical
damage.
Penetrator02: In V.A.F.S. ballistic weapons ignore 50% of a target's armor, energy weapons do 30% more
critical damage and all ranged attacks do 10% more damage.
QuickHands02: Reloading guns costs 80% less Action Points in V.A.F.S.
Ricochet03: When an enemy's shot ricochets back and kills them, there is a chance your Critical meter gets filled.
Sniper03: Non-auto, scoped rifles gain 20% slow factor and V.A.F.S. last 20% longer. Ranged
sneak attacks deal x3.5 damage. All weapons have +30% range.


Loading Screens:
PerkFourLeafClover: Feeling lucky? You should! With the Luck o' the Irish perk, each hit in
V.A.F.S. has a chance to fill your critical meter. Your Luck - and
subsequently your chance of scoring a random critical hit - increases as
your health gets lower and lower.
PerkGrimReapersSprint: With the Grim Reaper's Sprint perk, kills in V.A.F.S. have a chance to
restore all depleted Action Points, and may even fill the Critical Hit
meter. You will alos regenerate Action Points faster depending on how
low your Health is.
PerkGunFu: Finesse perk: You can deal increased Dmg with all small firearms & melee
weapons when below a certain amount of resistances. The more enemies you
target and hit in V.A.F.S., the more Dmg they increasingly take. You
might even score a free Crit. Hit.
PerkSniper: With the Sniper perk, you can deal higher sneak attack damage with ranged
weapons. In V.A.F.S. you can hold your breath longer while aiming.
Higher ranks add a chance of knockdown with single-shot scoped weapons,
& a bonus to slow factor in V.A.F.S.
 
Spell: Changed AbPerkCloverLuckHP "Luck Bonus with low HP"  so that the Level of the Unbogus Luck of the Irish Perks match with the Perks Level of VAFS Redux.
