【Description】
Nords are notorious for their dislike of spells, but in fact magic abounds in Skyrim. This mod allows you to change the probability dynamically in the MCM. The modification is applied to spelltomes of each school, scrolls, and enchanted items sold in the blacksmith shop.Note that spelltomes and scrolls have been changed to include the probability of loot appearing as well.
Also, this mod supports MCM helper, so the settings once made are permanently recorded.

By default, this mod is disabled. Spell item setting is enabled to change the chance of spelltomes and scrolls. On the other hand, enabling the Enchanting item setting enables the blacksmith to change the chances of enchanted items. 
To apply this mod, move to a new location or restart the game. Please note that returning from the title screen will not apply the changes.
 If the probability is set to 100, the probability is the same as for spawning in vanilla games. If set to 0, the probability of spawning is eliminated in the game.  If you just want to stop vendor's distribution, let's set "All spelltomes" to 0 and leave the other settings unchanged. The Vanilla game shows a large number of spelltomes.

After activating the settings in the upper left corner and restarting the game, spelltomes were removed from vendor.  You can also limit the spawning of spelltomes per each magic school. In this case, the chance will be changed to include the spawning of loot as well. 
Using scripts, like Spellpack for AE content.If you want to remove Spellpack spelltomes from the seller, please set them in "All spelltomaes".Enabling the "enchanting item settings" allows the blacksmith to change the sale probability of enchanted items sold by the blacksmith.
This setting does not affect loot spawning, but it does not prevent all of the blacksmith's sales, because changing even the NPC's equipment would cause a glitch in the game.This mod changes the chance on a per-category basis. It does not affect loot spawning, but may cause a bias in the types sold by vendors.

Finally, this mod supports MCM helper, so your preferred settings are permanently recorded outside of the game.

To install or uninstall this mod, simply remove the mod.


【Option】
If you have FLM, you can introduce AE content and Beyond skyrim bruma SE to this mod's probability list without conflict.
