This simple little mod fixes another long lasting annoyance: the texture seams/mismatch on the Whiterun wall rubble meshes.
The issue Bethesda assigned different textures to the sides and front of the wall pieces. They used the regular WR wall texture on the front + the WR mortar texture on the sides to simulate a broken edge. This works ok on vanilla textures, but with many texture replacers you get a pretty serious seam. In the picture I use the illustrious Whiterun walls.
The fix I solved this by assigning the WR mortar texture to the front side of the wall pieces so that it is used on all sides. This resolves most of the seams. Personally I prefer using the mortar texture over the wall texture for the whole thing, because its supposed to be, well, rubble.
