Swiftkey launches the first smartphone keyboard app powered by neural networks
Swiftkey announced today that it has launched a smartphone keyboard that uses neural networks to perform more accurate 'next-word predictions.' According to the company, its Android flavored Swiftkey app will now deliver a neural network powered keyboard. You might recall that last October, Swiftkey announced the first smartphone QWERTY to use neural networks. At the time, the company said it was "the first time this type of language model technology has been engineered specifically to operate locally on a smartphone keyboard."
