Verizon is aware of issues stemming from the Froyo update for the Motorola DROID X

Motorola DROID X owners all across the land were exuberant in finally witnessing Android 2.2 Froyo rolling out to their devices most recently, however, the highly anticipated software update did bring forth a few headaches for some owners.

For those who are afflicted with some issues after the update, don't go running off to your local Verizon store and complaining because Motorola is already one step ahead – they're actually aware of the issues and working on it as we speak.

Some of the issues that appeared for some users include getting stuck on the Moto logo after rebooting, random rebooting, Wi-Fi connection & stability issues, battery manager “force close” errors, certain media won't play on the smartphone, and music files are cutting off at the final four seconds.

These are all of the known issues noted by Motorola and of course, they intend on addressing all of them with a future update. However, there is no clear cut word on the time line of when we can all expect it – but for those affected, let's hope it's coming shortly.
