Life can throw many difficult and challenging experiences at us all. In my practice, I am passionate about helping clients who have experienced traumatic events, complex histories, life transitions and adjustments, complex pain, and major health and medical challenges. Building ways of coping, learning strategies for dealing with life when it gets overwhelming, healing wounds from traumatic past events and finding positive ways of moving forward through the use of evidence based treatment techniques is my focus as a therapist.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience in private and public mental health settings. I work with EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Humanistic Existential approaches using evidence based treatments selected to target the needs and goals of each individual client I work with.
