Ben is a Clinical Psychologist who helps adults to manage life's challenges and journey toward a rich and meaningful life, with a special interest in working with ADHD and queer folk. Ben provides a collaborative space that is warm, safe, and judgement-free. In this space, Ben will empower you to identify your strengths, develop strategies and tools for positive change, boost wellbeing and resilience, and build understanding and acceptance of yourself. Ben’s approach is primarily informed by the evidence-based “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy” (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
Ben can also draw upon elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to suit your personality, goals, and individual needs. You can book in a free 15 minute phone call with Ben to have a chat about your needs and concerns, and most importantly work out if you feel he’s a good fit for you!
When accepting new face-to-face clients, Ben works Monday afternoons in Kew, and on Wednesdays in Fitzroy. Some Telehealth appointments may be available outside of these days and hours.
