Carmen has worked extensively with children and adolescents as well as adults and older adults in public mental health, out of home care, and private settings. She is experienced in working with clients of all ages with various difficulties with mood and anxieties, PTSD and trauma, attachment/relationship issues, identity, personality, LGBITQ+/cultural, health and perinatal mental health. Carmen employs a blended range of modalities including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
