I am a warm and non-judgmental therapist, who enjoys working collaboratively with my clients. I use a humanistic approach and a variety of evidence-based techniques to facilitate goal achievements. I work reflectively and obtain feedback from my clients to ensure treatment plans make genuine sense through their time in therapy. I provide a welcoming space for my younger clients where they feel free to express their emotions and thoughts in a safe and fun manner (play therapy, artistic activities or verbal communication). Having lived in several countries, I have a broad understanding of cultural differences and human diversity.
I can offer sessions in Spanish or English. I have training and extensive work experience in the fields of community services, drug rehabilitation centres and schools. I enjoy working with adults, children and young people, especially those who face disabilities.
I have worked as a Psychologist since 2005 and relocated to Australia in 2017 from Chile. I am passionate about helping individuals gain awareness about themselves and develop strategies to improve their wellbeing.
