I offer an empathic and non-judgmental space, for people to voice their inner struggles and develop healthier ways of coping with their emotions and thoughts. I use therapy approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, schema therapy. I am flexible in my therapeutic style to suit individual's needs.
