I offer authentic and relational sessions, focussing on your resources and empowerment. Sessions are tailored to your needs and aimed at improving how you relate to yourself and others in your life. I aim to empower you to recognise the tools and resources you already have, and to add to those. I will provide techniques to recognise bodily sensations and emotions and to recognise patterns in your life. I use play therapy to work with children and talking therapies with adolescents and adults. I am more than happy to discuss how we can work together and your needs.
You are the expert of your own life, as a therapist my role is to bring awareness to the patterns and wounds that impact your everyday decisions and relationships. I am experienced working with anxiety and depression, grief and chronic mental and physical health issues. I have a master's degree in counselling and nine years experience working with clients.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together. I am completing a certificate in psychedelic assisted therapy with Mind Medicine Australia. With the changes in law in July, I will be available to work with clients with prescriptions from approved psychiatrists.
