Kylie Latu is passionate about the interconnection between mental and physical health, combining this with her own personal love of all things sport, leading her evolution into a career as a psychologist with special interests in sport and performance psychology. Kylie loves working with a range of people, whether that is as a recreational or elite athlete; returning to exercise and activity after injury, illness, or parenthood; or anyone seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. She has expertise in post injury return to sport and exercise, body image and disordered eating, human performance and mindset development, fostering positive team, club, or organisational culture, grief and loss, and general mental health issues.
Kylie is an accomplished speaker & educator. She has been a university teacher in health sciences and now within psychology for over 14 years . Kylie provides psychological support, development and delivery of mental health education within multiple community and organisational programs. Kylie is currently the AFLW psychologist at Hawthorn Football Club.
