I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Accredited Practitioner. I particularly enjoy creating a warm and welcoming space to support adults who are navigating trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, & dissociative disorders. Trauma can be understood as any experience that left behind some emotional wounds - whether it is something that happened or something that was absent or lacking, big or small. This can manifest in various ways beyond PTSD, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, chronic pain, and more. I also have a special interest in ADHD, neurodivergence-related trauma, & neurodiversity-affirming practice.
My approach is trauma and attachment-informed, integrative and client-centred. I specialise in EMDR, IFS, parts work, and Relational-Integrative EMDR (RI-EMDR). I place an emphasis on collaboration & building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I approach therapy with warmth, openness, creativity, & flexibility.
I deeply believe in each person's capacity to heal & grow, & find it most rewarding when clients discover their unique healing paths. I'm passionate about helping my clients build deep self-understanding, connect with their strengths, internal resources and wisdom, in order to navigate challenges with greater self-leadership & self-compassion.
