I provide evidence-based, individualised psychology services to help my clients make meaningful changes in their lives. I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor, with a special interest in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. My approach to therapy is warm, empathic and genuine, and I strive to tailor my treatments to each individual client in order to provide the best possible outcomes.
