A warm welcome, I’m Tiffany. I'm passionate about helping youth and young women navigate life’s challenges. I have a special interest in working with women’s mental and general health, anxiety, depression, sexuality, self-esteem, self-worth, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. I’m particularly passionate about sexual identity and overcoming sexual shame. I understand the unique challenges that young women face, and the value of deep care, warmth and respect when working with clients. Combining different therapeutic interventions, I’ll help you gain the confidence and resilience you need to navigate life’s ups and down.
My approach is rooted in empathy, non-judgement, and trust building, so you can feel comfortable opening up and exploring your innermost thoughts and feelings, overcome challenges, develop skills, achieve personal growth, and find hope for healing. I draw upon my extensive knowledge to inspire and lead you towards becoming the person you aspire to be.
