I work with clients across the lifespan in the assessment and treatment of psychological concerns, exploring their origins and the self-limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours that often keep clients stuck, while building a capacity to experience and feel emotion as pathway to healing.
I draw upon my years of study and training, knowledge of the discipline, life experience and strength of character as a solid base from which to practice. Along with my natural warmth and calming influence, I provide a safe holding space for clients to explore the deepest parts of themselves on their journey toward healing.
