Sarah is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Gottman Trained Couples Therapist. Sarah works with couples to navigate relationship challenges and achieve a place of deeper understanding, empathy and connection. Sarah adopts a dyadic approach whereby the focus is on helping the couple actively listen and provide responsive, sensitive and empathetic care to one-and-other inside and outside therapy.
Sarah also uses a combination of Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in her approach to supporting couples.
