House of Grace Therapy is a Christian private practice based in Melbourne and Online, supporting individuals, couples and families to heal, grow, and improve relationships. My therapy style balances warmth and nurturing with straightforwardness. This creates a safe space where uncomfortable emotions and truths are gently held, and grounded in a strong knowing of our potential for transformation. I integrate cognitive, emotional, somatic (body), and relational strategies to address different needs. Coaching is also used to work towards your goals, while making the most of your strengths.
Sometimes talking and changing how we think is enough, but oftentimes painful past experiences can remain stuck in the body (and show up as limiting beliefs, disempowering emotions or a sense of disconnection). Because of this, I also work with emotions and sensations in the body which creates deeper and longer lasting change.
