I work with clients from all walks of life who have a burning desire for change. They want to release the past and step into the life which is no longer limited by the unhealed in their past. They might walk through my door with a range of issues ranging from anxiety , self esteem, relationship issues etc but their needs and wants are not much different. They are seeking a life which is of their choosing. They want a life which is of their making. They want a sense of control and connectedness with self and others. My clients are tired of repeating the same behavioural patterns and expecting a different outcome.

I am an experienced non judgemental practitioner who works predominantly with couples who love each other but don't have the skills to create healthy positive connections. I am skilled at providing the tools and strategies to launch people from reactivity to responsiveness. I also work with individuals.

I am not going to tell you I know how you feel. I respect you far too much. What I can say to you is that I have a lifetime of professional and personal experience as a woman, a mother, a partner, corporate middle manager which helps me support you in your journey to realise your full potential.
