Steph is a senior clinician and therapist at Q Psychology, and a mental health accredited social worker. She has an extensive background working in inpatient and outpatient mental health programs and helps guide and support the clinical team at Q Psychology. Steph is a gender diverse, queer affirmative therapist. She works across various psychological difficulties (including depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma and many others) and uses various psychological therapies (including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR & mindfulness). Steph completed her master’s in social work, and after extensive work in MH, has obtained mental health accreditation.
Steph currently works Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Carlton clinic. Q Psychology has clinics in Carlton, St Kilda and Geelong.
