Those times when someone says, "I have been everywhere", or "tried everything", and they feel worn down by their emotional pain or discomfort are times when the therapeutic space I offer can bring back hope, reduce pain (emotional, physical or spiritual pain) and enhance life flow for an individual. Leading people out of their suffering is what shapes and underpins my business, services and life. I work holistically, with a client centred approach and often work with those who have re-occurring or persistent emotional, spiritual or financial stress, or chronic health conditions, to bring relief and peace to their life and inner world.
Tanya specialises in Narcissistic Abuse and Relationship Trauma (recent breakups, narcissistic abuse, infidelity). Having 24 years in the natural health and mental health arenas, Tanya has a wide array of experience and expertise to keep your goals and healing a priority.
Transpersonal Counselling, Emotional Freedom Technique, Meditation, Mindfulness, Dream work, Personal Myth and Story work, Altered State Processes (Hypnosis) are some of the unique and valuable tools that Tanya may use within a counselling session.
